Retail Pharmacy - $99 / month
With insurance coverage – prescription for Wegovy or Zepbound can be sent to your local retail pharmacy. 
Services Include:
  • Provider visits, supervision and prescription sent to the pharmacy of your choice. You will pay for your medication at the pharmacy.
  • Prior Authorization / insurance follow up if needed. 
  • Ongoing support and supervision, nutrition and exercise coaching, and access to staff via phone, text, email, or telehealth.
  • Free Body Composition during your first month.

Patient is responsible for verifying insurance coverage for weight loss medications and for understanding the specific criteria for coverage. Many insurance companies have an exclusion for weight loss medications and only cover GLPs with a diagnosis of Diabetes. There may be other requirements – like BMI with other conditions/diagnoses. We cannot issue refunds for lack of insurance coverage or because the medication is out of stock. Please verify that your pharmacy has the medication in stock before proceeding.

Manufacturer Direct - $99 / month
No Insurance Needed – prescriptions can be sent for Wegovy or Zepbound.
Services Include:
  • Provider visits, supervision and prescription sent to the Manufacturer’s direct dispense pharmacy. You will pay for your medication at the pharmacy.
  • Ongoing support and supervision, nutrition and exercise coaching, and access to staff via phone, text, email, or telehealth.
  • Free Body Composition during your first month. 

Patient is responsible for verifying manufacturer’s program eligibility and pricing. There are requirements – for example refills must be done within a certain period of time (45 days for some) or you will no longer be eligible. There are some programs that have a lower introductory price that increases later. Please read the fine print to understand the program. We cannot issue refunds for program ineligibility, pricing changes, or because the medication is out of stock. Please verify these things before proceeding.

How we are Different

Free consultation – we never charge for a consultation to discuss what your needs are and determine if our program is a good fit for you. We do not ask for your credit card info up front.

We understand and appreciate that everyone is different – We are a small, independent company. The two of us started this business to help others. We have both used this program, see our about us page. We understand that everyone is different and we want to help you address all of your concerns. We want to get to know you – you will always speak directly to one of the two of us. 

We are here when you need us – We believe that as your providers we should be accessible and available. We are happy to talk with you by phone, email, or text anytime.  We encourage our patients to reach out anytime they have a question, concern, or need some reassurance. No more sending a message to the office and hoping for a reply later in the week. We just don’t operate that way. 

Monthly In Person and online support group meetings – In addition to our large, private Facebook community we also do a monthly get together where you can meet others, get support, share ideas, tips and just feel like part of a community without fear of judgment.
